Steady Start Summit (a production of Kristen Phillips Coaching LLC)

Welcome to the Steady Start Summit ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, registering for or attending the summit, or using our materials, podcast, services, or any related content, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our content is created from a Christian perspective and is offered in that spirit.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to register for the summit or to use our services.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before you register, attend, purchase anything, or subscribe to our emails.

All purchases, including the All-Access Pass, must be made by a parent, guardian, or other adult 18 or older. By making a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to use the payment method.

2. Summit Registration and Access

Registration is free and gives you access to the sessions during the dates they are scheduled to run.

Your registration is personal to you. Please do not share your access links, login details, or session links with others. If you know someone who would benefit, send them to the registration page so they can sign up themselves.

The All-Access Pass is a separate paid purchase that includes extended access to session replays and audio versions of sessions. Access details and duration are described on the purchase page at the time you buy.

We may need to change the schedule, format, or lineup of the summit. If we do, we will notify registrants by email.

3. Use of Services

-Our content is for educational, inspirational, and personal growth purposes only.

-Our content and coaching are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice, and are not therapy or mental health treatment.

-The views shared by summit speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect our views. We do not endorse every product, service, or offer a speaker may mention.

-You agree to use our website, summit, materials, podcast, and services for lawful purposes only.

4. Live Sessions and Conduct

The live panel is hosted on Zoom Webinar. Attendee cameras and microphones are off.

Questions may be submitted anonymously. Questions are not linked to your name or email. A question may be read aloud or answered during the panel, so please do not include your full name, your school, or details you would not want shared.

When attending live sessions, you agree to:

-Submit questions in good faith and keep them appropriate for a teen audience.

-Respect the privacy and dignity of other attendees, speakers, and community members.

-Refrain from recording, screen capturing, downloading, or redistributing any session.

We may remove any attendee from a live session at our discretion.

5. Mental Health and Crisis Situations

The Steady Start Summit is not a crisis service and is not monitored for emergencies. Sessions are pre-recorded or live at scheduled times, and questions submitted through our forms may not be seen right away.

If you or someone you know is in danger, thinking about self-harm, or in a mental health crisis, please reach out for real-time help:

-Call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7 in the US)

-Text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line)

-Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room

-Tell a parent, guardian, school counselor, pastor, or another trusted adult

Nothing in the summit replaces care from a licensed mental health professional, physician, or counselor. Please talk with a qualified professional about medical, mental health, or legal concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content we create, including the summit website, promotional materials, podcast episodes, coaching materials, blog posts, downloads, graphics, and logos, is owned by Kristen Phillips Coaching LLC.

Individual speakers retain ownership of their own session content. Speaker sessions are made available to you under a limited license for your personal use as part of the summit.

You may view, listen to, or download content for your own personal use only. Redistribution, public sharing, commercial use, reproduction, or use of any content to train an artificial intelligence system is prohibited without our written permission.

7. Purchases and Refunds

All-Access Pass purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor. Prices are listed in US dollars.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

8. Coaching Disclaimer

-Coaching results depend on your own effort, participation, and application of guidance.

-We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

-Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care.

-Coaching clients under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the coaching agreement.

9. User Responsibilities

-Do not submit false, harmful, abusive, or illegal content through our website, summit, podcast, or coaching channels.

-Do not impersonate another person when registering or attending.

-Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website, our email systems, or our live sessions.

-Do not use our services to market, sell, or promote anything to other attendees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use of our website, summit, materials, podcast, or services.

We are not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, connectivity problems, or the actions of third-party platforms used to deliver our services, including Zoom, our email platform, and our payment processor.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Privacy

By using our services, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, content, live sessions, or email list for violations of these Terms of Use.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
